Invest in your family's nourishment with a bulk order of beef and you'll be so glad you did. You'll receive premium cuts, roasts, and ground, as well as the harder to find items such as bones for broth, fat for tallow, and organs for extra nutrient-dense meals. 
 
Our cattle are born and raised here on the ranch and live a peaceful life out on the pasture. They are grass fed throughout the duration of their life and then supplemented with a small amount of grain as they approach their harvest date. We believe that this balanced feeding approach makes for meat that retains the nutrition of a grass fed animal but adds the flavorful benefit of a little bit of marbling. If you would like to customize your whole beef order to better suit your family's nutritional needs, we also offer purely grass-finished beef and grain-finished with custom ingredients to avoid potential allergens such as corn and soy. Please feel free to ask us any questions about how we raise and feed our cattle and contact us to talk through  any special requests. 
 
The deposit will secure your cow and the full price will be $5.25 per pound of the animal's hang weight plus the butcher fee. 
 
A few notes on  a whole beef order...
You will need about 8 cubic feet of freezer space and maybe a little bit more if you are choosing to include all of the bones and organs.  This is also important to keep in mind when you consider the vehichle you'll use to pick up the order.
You will fill out a "cut sheet" for the butcher to customize your order. This allows you to choose between different cuts, turn your less favorite cuts into grind, make notes to save bones and ograns, etc.
We know a large order like this can seem intimidating but we'll be available by phone and email to answer any questions you may have throughout the process.
